Generally, the basic expectations of any organization from a candidate are honesty, loyalty, smart working ability, logical thinking and the capacity as well as intelligence to handle duties and responsibilities independently. Browse through some commonly asked situations in the interview. Ensure that you make it early, start the presentation on time, move and gesture with self-confidence, and maintain eye contact throughout. It is important that you know the appropriate duration till which you are supposed to make eye contact with the members of the audience. From having just a small database of potential prospects, they can now tap candidates from all over the world without having to incur any additional commutation costs. Once you are equipped with the related information regarding the company and what the interviewers are looking for, it is easier to plan your presentation.
